We are hiring two Program Fellows. This is an 18-24 month full-time position working at the Foundation in Anchorage. The goal of the fellowship is to provide a high-potential, early career professional with the opportunity to learn about philanthropy and broaden their understanding of the nonprofit sector in Alaska. This learning will occur primarily in the programmatic and grantmaking activities of the Foundation. Expanded opportunities within the operations of the foundation may also be considered. For information specific to the positions at Rasmuson Foundation, please visit the job description.
The Fellowships are offered through a partnership with the Momentum Fellowship Program at Philanthropy Northwest. In addition to opportunities at the Foundation, the Rasmuson Foundation Fellows will be part of a regional Momentum Fellowship Program learning and networking cohort with peer fellows from other participating foundations. This will include participation in quarterly cohort meetings, coaching sessions and mentoring/training opportunities. The Momentum Fellowship is a program coordinated by Philanthropy Northwest designed to prepare professionals from underrepresented communities, particularly communities of color, for successful careers in the philanthropic sector through professional development, networking and mentoring opportunities.
